Examples of layout algorithms in manual?

yEd's Layout Algorithms capabilities are impressive, and the manual's LA section (http://yed.yworks.com/support/manual/layout.html) is quite comprehensive. For those of us who are just learning diagramming theory, it would really help us understand the concepts if the manual included a graphic example of each algorithm type. What do you think?
