Make Structure View order case insensitive

It's easy to miss nodes in the Structure View because node order is case sensitive, and e.g. "apple" comes after "Zebra", which is unintuitive, and often forces me (when I remember at all) to check for a node in two different places.

Please make the Structure View node ordering case insensitive.
