Click the node
Open the Properties View
Scroll down to the Data section
find the URL field
Click the "..." button next to the field.
Choose the file you want to link the node to.
To go to any URL that a node is linked to, select it and hit F8, or right click it and choose "go to URL"

Once flowchart exported (flashviewer .html) node with url will not open a new window
