creating text without nodes

I wanna create text without having to create a node. is that possible ?

No, it is not. You can only add text to nodes and edges (and for edges you need nodes, too).

Create a node, add some text, then make the node invisible by chosing "No Color" for background and line.

Alternatively, add an additional label to an exisiting node or edge and move it to some free space.

You can add text in a rectangle without line or background color.

Is very easy.


Then, you can add your only-text element to your personal pallete in order to use it later.
