Bug: Rotating a label 90' CCW result in a wrong rotation. 89.999 is good.

No, it does not. See

Corresponding GraphML.

Note, the on-screen rotation of edge labels depends on the position of the label relative to its associated edge (segment) as well as label properties "Auto-Rotate" and "Auto-Flip".
