Erratic scroll bar behavior.

0 votes

When scrolling in a dockable window containing a tree view, the horizontal scroll bar considers the maximum width of all the currently-visible rows, rather than the maximum width of all rows. This makes the width of the scrollbar handle vary or even makes the entire scrollbar hide when the window view only includes short rows.

Example here [GIF].

Well, the problem demonstrated in your animation/image lies with platform components (Java's JTree and JScrollBar with the Windows look and feel). As such there is nothing that can be done about it in yEd.

OP here, thanks for explaining that. So the widgets don't know to compute the scrollable width just one time? That's really special!
