yEd canvas is blank on Retina MacBook + Java 7

The problem does not occur if i run it with

        /usr/libexec/java_home -v1.6 -exec java -jar yed.jar

forcibly running it with Apple's Java 6. I assume there is some bug with Swing. I'd suggest at least to put a warning on your home page.
