Right-click your pool/table/swminlane node to open its context menu, choose "Add Label", enter some text, CTRL-click the label when you are done with its text, and move it to the desired position. Please note, though, that these labels are not taken into account by yEd's Swimlane layout algorithm. I.e. after running that algorithm you probably need to adjust the positions of the additional labels manually.
