change image that represents a node

0 votes
I have imported a few images in an own "test" palette. I used these icons and after that I closed yEd.

Now when I open yEd and make a new graph the last icon I used shows up again. This also happens when I create a graph from an XML-file.

I removed the "test" palette and the icons. I even uninstale yEd and re-installed the software.

How do I get the standard node icons back?

With "the last icon [...] shows up again" do you actually mean the last icon is used for nodes when you create nodes by left-clicking on empty space in the editor? If so, you changed the default visualization for nodes by double-clicking the corresponding template in the palette. To reset the default visualization, open the "Shape Nodes" palette section and double-click the top left rectangular node template. If successful, the template's background should change from white to blue.
