customize grid in svg export

The SVG export doesn't give you an option to include/exclude the grid. By default it includes the grid, which adds >200Kbytes to the .svg file.

Could you please add a checkbox to include/exclude the grid?

I don't see an urgent need for this right now. Turning the grid off/on is just one button click in the toolbar. Doing this before/after exporting is only a small inconvenience in my opinion.

Oh. Well that's a reasonable workaround. Any way you could add that to the docs?

I've set View->Grid to ⌘G on macOS (via Keyboard Preferences) which lets me toggle the grid without using the mouse. Other OSs may have similar functionality.
