The page for the Javascript graphml viewer suggest that the Javascript and the Flash files are  only available from yWorks website.

Is it possible to use it on your own website for confidentiality reasons, or an a public website if you want to share?

To support viewing graphs in the browser on a public website you can and should use the GraphMLViewer hosted on yworks.com

To host GraphMLViewer yourself you will have to acquire a license for GraphMLViewer. Please contact our sales department (mail to: sales at yworks dot com) to discuss licensing options.
