Support for generics: ThreadLocal<MyClass>, List<MyClass>

I don't see a configuration option for this, so am adding this as a feature request. Generics are not parsed though the regular Javadocs show them correctly (for example ThreadLocal<MyClass> shows up as ThreadLocal<T> in the UML diagrams),  and the linkage to what the class aggregates or associates to doesn't correctly link up as I would expect the use case of those generic wrappers to work.
