A new Port showed up associated with yEd.exe, Port 4701

How can I turn off or disable this Port?

Version 3.10.2 installed.

Start yEd with command line option -nosingle

Note, if yEd is running with -nosingle, a double-click on a GraphML file will not open said file in the running yEd but start yEd a second time.
