Optionally allow multiple arrowheads on each edge (at ends and intermediate bends)

The splitting edge feature request could give the same appearance if invisible nodes are used but would clutter the tree. A flag to enable arrows at bends is probably best, arbitrary arrowhead location is more flexible but could make it harder to use ?
