How to export diagram from command line?

I want to integrate the diagram export to documentation build process (e.g. doxygen).

 

Therefore it would be great to add an command line switch to export in a selectable format (e.g. PDF, or PNG)

You are not allowed to do that. See yEd Software License Agreement, 1. LICENSE CONDITIONS:

The Software may not be used as part of an automated process.
