Is there a way to make the arrow head larger?

Is there a way to make the arrow head larger so that it is more prominent (i.e., clearly shows the intended direction of the line)?

The only way to do that is by selecting a thicker line type.

Thanks so much for answering so quickly.  I did try that, but it doesn't make the arrow as prominent as I would like.

I have the same problem, the arrow stays too small and a thicker line doesn't help much. This app is quick and useful but any hint to get a bigger arrow would be really appreciated.
