Can not scale to print on full 11/17 paper

Question

I can not seem to set yEd so that if formats a page for 11x17 print-out.  I have tried playing with the "fit" and percent numbers; but they only seem to apply to an 8x11 format.  When i print on 11x17 paper my requests (say "fit to size") are not in play.  The 11x17 print-out looks the same as if i had printed on 8x11 paper.  Any help would be appreicated.
