Text is blurry in MS Word or Powerpoint imports

I love the software to build flow charts, but the text is not sharp when i export the flow chart (using bitmap .png format as suggested in earlier question) and import as a picture into MS Word or MS Powerpoint.  Is there any help for this?Thanks

I had an issue exporting to PDF on a mac and it was blurry on windows an I decided it was because the font was not present so I did an export to PNG and it looked great. Maybe are you exporting to a weird size and then scaling it when you look later on?

I just exported and imported in the defaults for the .png file, and it looks blurry without changing the size. I tried a few other fonts, and they all look blurry, too.
