Attack trees - "AND" missing between two edge

Hello,

I would like to do attack trees with Yed. I don't find any shape nor other things to represent the "AND" between two edge. does it exist ? is there some other method ?

If you are referring to distinctive logic gate symbols which are sometimes used in attack tree, then the answer is no, these are not available in yEd.

However, it is possible to import your own symbols in yEd.
