Palette becomes blurry when scrolling

When I need to scroll the palette, eveything in the palette begins to blur.  The more scrolling, the blurrier things get.  Moving the mouse over the group heading (UML, Flowchart, ...) clears the objects but only those under that heading, including the heading itself.  Is this an issue with JRE 1.7.0_25?

What operating system are you running yEd on? Are you using the official Oracle Java? In any case, I doubt it is a general problem with 7u25 because our Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.04 test machines do not exhibit this problem with Oracle Java 7u25.

I'm running WinXP SP3, DirectX 9.0c. Video card is NVidia Quadro NVS 285. Yes, it is official Oracle Java. Upgraded to 7u40 today. Still having the same issue. Installed yEd on a different PC running WinXP SP3, JRE 7u19 with a Matrox Parhelia 128mb and it works fine.
