Image compression artifacts in 3.11.1

Exporting to pdf results in image artifacts in 3.11.1

I installed 3.10.2 and noticed that the exported file is much larger than with 3.11.1 and does not have the artifacts. This is particularly the case with large files (many large images)

Thank you for the prompt reply. I appear unable to reproduce the problem, despite it reoccurring many times this morning. I will post the files if I encounter the issue again.
