Add missing mnemonic (shortcut) for "Recent Documents" in File menu

The “Recent Documents” menu item has no keyboard mnemonic.

I recommend to change the mnemonic of Print Preview to “V” and then assigning the “R” to Recent Documents.

Ideally, of course, all the other menu items should have (non-clashing) mnemonics too.
