How to use stencils from ZURB Foundation or Yahoo! Design Pattern with yEd?

0 votes
Hello,

I use yEd to draw diagrams on a regular basis. Now I realize that it could be a great wireframing tool for Web UI design too.  There are some UI stencils sets available (most notably from ZURB Foundation & Yahoo). Is there some known method how to use these symbols in yEd? I tried the following:

- with stencils from ZURB Foundation: there are only 2 formats: OmmiGraffle & PDF. I tried graffle2svg but the result doesn't look like a valid svg. The pdf can be imported to yEd, but each "symbol" is a pdf page containing many shapes, making it unusable

- with Stencils from Yahoo: these are available in more formats including SVG, however I hit the same problem: each imported symbol is a page containing many small icons.

Is it possible to split these pages to individual icons?

Regards,

Tony
