Can I copy and paste connection lines and mirror them?

There is no single command or action for this.

You can try the following approach, though:

  1. Select the edge (connection line) you want to copy/paste.
  2. Use "Edit" -> "Duplicate" or CTRL+D.
  3. Use "Tools" -> "Reverse Selected Edges".
