clean install, upgrade, linux

HI,

I would like to know how to make a clean install, an upgrade, in linux (ubuntu) (from 3.9 to 3.11).

I have not found any uninstall application nor any instructions on how to do it.

Must I simply install the new version over the old one ?

How can I do a clean install otherwise ?

Thank you

In the yEd installation directory there is an executable uninstall file which you can use towards this end. But frankly, simply deleting the installation directory will work, too.

If you also want to revert all preferences, palettes, etc., you need to delete the .yEd directory in your home directory.

There is no special upgrade option, upgrading yEd simply means removing the existing installation and installing the newest version.
