Imported SVG symbols have repositioned elements

When I import symbols, some elements of the svg symbol are moved from their position in the original SVG. You can see the original SVG file in the picture below:

And here is a screenshot of the imported symbol in yed:

You can see the "+" symbols have shifted to the left. Is there some way to correct this? I have tested the SVG file in other apps, and it seems to open fine. Here is the svg file I am using:

Looks fine to me:

 

Your screenshot looks like you are slightly zoomed out. Please check again with zoom factor 1 (use the "1:1" icon in the tool bar, it is the 10th icon from the right). Additionally, make sure you use the original graphics' size. To do that, select the SVG node, go to the properties table in yEd's lower right corner and make sure "Apply SVG Size" is selected.
