One major feature that is lacking in yEd is being able to include equations in the flow chart. This can be done with MathML, LaTex/Tex, or even some way of copy/pasting MS OLE equations.
I love yEd, but not being able to include clear equations makes it a hard sell to other proffessionals in my field that are looking for an alternative to MS Visio/Powerpoint with MathType.
Right now what I have to do is convert LaTex to svg in Inkscape, then import the svg to a yEd node through the label Icon Properties/Icon, which looks fine, but is a major pain to change equations or get the scaling right. Also when I try to export as eps for journel publications it can scrable the svg equations. The only work around I had for that was to export as svg and use Inkscape to convert it to eps.
