Is it possible to change how long will be descriptions displayed? When my mouse coursor is positioned over the node with description it disappears after 5 seconds (if I am not moving my mouse). I want it to be displayed until I move mouse from the node.

Yes, it is. See  "File" -> "Preferences", tab "General", options "Tooltips" and "Tooltip Display Duration (Seconds)".
