I meant that these highlighted symbols are “Bold solid line”. Have you found this element somewhere?

That is simply a black, rectangular node. There are really a boatload of rectangular nodes in yEd. Just choose one. And indeed, you already did so - else there would not be a black node in your screenshot.

I hoped that in yEd editor exists special symbol “Bold solid line”. And if I applied automatic layout the system would arrange flowchart in proper way.
