Prececessor pane does not show subgraphs with many nodes

I have graphml with about 150 Nodes.

One prececessor subtree is not shown in the predecessor pane. When I removed some nodes, it is shown again.

I could provide the.graphml file but do not want to post it here.

By default, the context views will not show any graph with more than 50 nodes (or more than 100 edges).

You can change these limits in "File" -> "Preferences", tab "Display", options "Maximum Number of Nodes in Context Views" and "Maximum Number of Edges in Context Views".
