Collapse / expand bulk hot key or menu option

I have a diagram that has dozens of nodes that are collapsed.  I want to quickly expand and collapse them in one go instead of manually having to click on each expand/collapse icon.  Is there a hot key or menu command to do this to all selected nodes?

Yes, there is. See the "Grouping" menu.
