Make labels rich text

Can we support formatting of pieces of the label text? Changing font, font size, background color, etc. The use case is highlighting parts of a label, for instance when putting code in a label.

yEd supports formatting text using HTML markup. Please see How can I achieve different text stylings within one label? for more information.
