How do you add items to a group

After I create a group, if I drag a component inside the group it does not add to that group. How do I make the new component part of the group?

There are two ways to add a node to an exisiting group.

  1. Drag a node template from yEd's palette and drop it in the group.
  2. Select an existing node which you want to add to an existing group. Press and hold SHIFT. Drag the selected node inside the group. Release SHIFT after you have release the left mouse button.
