How can you change a (imported) palette section name?

That's not possible but there is a simple work-around: convert the palette to a document and then create a new secton with the desired name and adopt the document into it.

You can rename by exporting the palette to the desired name, then importing the exported palette again. Afterwards delete the original palette.
