How do I set the edges to be visible if the edges and shapes overlap?

0 votes

Hi Guys,

I usually have to make drawings where some shapes have to be visible above the edges, but I didn’t find a way to adjust that. If two shapes overlap, the "raise / lower selection" method works, but in this case unfortunately it doesn't.

Thanks!

Try "File" -> "Preferences", tab "Display", option "Paint Nodes over Edges".

Wow, You are my Hero, thanks! :)

Can this only be set globally, or is it possible to override it per node?

This is a global setting.

If you are using group nodes, elements in an inner group are always painted over elements in an outer group, though:
