Defining Labeling Parameters in LayoutGraph instance to run generic labeling algorithm

When using DiscreteNodeLabelLayoutModel instance to create additional parameters via CreateModelParameter(YOrientedRectangle labelBounds, INodeLayout nodeLayout) method. Can different parameters i.e. available label positions have different node to label distances?
