How can I transform decimal view

Numbers from excel look like 1.0 or 20.0. How can I change these decimal number view into cardinal number such as 1 or 20 ?

Unfortunately, that is not possible because the library we use for parsing Excel files does not differentiate between decimal and integral numeric values.
