Is there a ready made tool to reverse engineer a graphml chart to underlying edge and node list?

I have created an Entity Relationship Model manually using the yEd Graph Editor. Is there a ready made tool that can reverse engineer the graphml diagram into an excel spreadsheet based Edge and Node representation?

I do not think so.

You could try creating a XSLT stylesheet for converting a GraphML into a CSV file that Excel can import. I am not sure how well that would work, though.
