If you're idea is different, please try to describe it in more detail, for example, what do you mean by "type"?
If type is "node", "edge", or "label" then CTRL+A does what you want.
The select and ctrl-a method is what I ment. I did know this worked, but it doesn't work with groups? Are groups considered nodes?
Groups are nodes, yes. Unfortunately, there is no way to select all group nodes without selecting the non-group nodes.
Ah, it makes sense. Well thanks for the great comments and qiuck response times. Should this thread be marked as solved?? (even though it's a feature request)
