Is it possible to draw a edge at the exact position in a node

I use yEd to draw my Network Diagrams. I've created Router Objects, wich have for Example 4 Ports at a exact position. No I can create a edge while Pressing Shift at the Exact Position, but the Edge is first drawn at the outside of the object! Is it possible that i see also the Line inside the object??

No, it is currently not possible to prevent edges from being clipped at node bounds.

The only workaround I can think of is using group nodes for your router objects with an inner node for each port and connecting your edges to those inner nodes.
