What is the cheapest way to use yEd in a website?

0 votes
Hi

I am trying to see if it is feasible to use yEd in an web application. The plan is to use very few features of the editor (practically to edit dot files) . This will be multiuser and restricted to just one domain (one server)
Is there a cheaper way to aquire the rights to use your yEd Files library or is there a cheaper version of yEd that would allow that ?
thank you

yEd is a Java-based desktop application and as such cannot be used in a web application.

It is, however, possible to create a web-based diagram editor with the yFiles for HTML programming library - e.g. the yEd Live online diagram editor is built upon yFiles for HTML.
