Customize XML-Tree-import

0 votes
Hi,

I need to visualize some xml-data which is actually working quite well when I import the file as XML Input using XML-Tree. However I am missing the content of elements that only contains text. Hence I would like to customize the corresponding xsl-file but I can't find one.

Is there a way to get this file or an equivalent xsl-file?

Thanks in advance,

You can use this stylesheet as a starting point.

There is one disadvantage to using a custom stylesheet instead of a built-in one: When using a built-in stylesheet, yEd automatically resizes nodes to be large enough for their labels and then runs a layout algorithm. When using a custom stylesheet, these steps must be run manually, i.e. you need to execute "Tools" -> "Fit Node to Label" and a layout algorithm of your choice.

Thanks, especially the tip about fitting the node-size was helpful.
