Unfortunately, I am not quite clear on what you mean by "forms". If you mean "nodes", then the answer is "no".
In yEd, coordinates and sizes use an abstract coordinate system. Actual display sizes depend on display resolution and scaling. Please see Consider spatial resolution and what is scaling, and does it effect margins and created graph size for more information.
