Hi Guys, is it possible to make edges look like this when they are crossed? Like this 2 little "hills" in the picture above? :) (it is a picture of the gallery from yed page)

Yes, we call this a 'bridge'. You can choose between several types of bridges in the general yEd 'Preferences' (menu 'File') in the section 'Display'.
