Legal Agreement/free license agreement for our customers

Dear Sirs,

In the course of the upcoming update of the yEd product at one of my customers, we came across new information that requires a separate license agreement to distribute the product via software deployment:

This is noted in the corresponding license agreement, but not clearly recognizable with regard to a deployment: yWorks - Legal

Can we get a corresponding free license agreement at this point or something else/ equivalent?

I am afraid I do not quite understand what it is that you are asking.

If your customer needs to distribute yEd (via software deployment), your customer needs to contact the yWorks sales department and negotiate a custom license agreement.

This seems to be the same use case as explained in Silent switch is required for yEd Graph Editor 3.19 and thus the same procedure applies (i.e. negotiating a custom agreement).
