Working tooltips and URL's in SVG and PDF exports

SVG exports have tooltips and working URLs (when the SVG is opened in a browser) but only if the whole page is visible without having to scroll.  Once you scroll the tooltips appear offset outside of visible portion of the browser window.

PDF exports have neither links nor tooltips exported.

Please add this feature.  Without it the power of yED is limited to yED users only and not potential audiences with basic everyday tools.
