Keep custom properties of externally created GML graphs

I created graph with custom properties programmatically using third-party library and exported it into .gml file. I pushed this file as input into yEd and used layouts. After saving ordered graph has no custom properties in my .gml which required for my purposes. I think this is bug cause unknown (for yEd) properties must stay in .gml regardless of what changes must be done to known properties (graphics).

Custom properties are only supported in GraphML files: http://yed.yworks.com/support/manual/properties.html#custom_properties.
