gedcom: How can I switch the colors for male/female?

When I import a gedcom file, yEd chooses blue for females and red for males. I would like to switch those and change the defaults, so I don't have to do it with every file I import.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately, import settings are not persisted across yEd sessions.

We do have this as a task on our list of possible improvements for yEd. Due to the tremendous size of that list I cannot make any promises when or even if we will be able to include this feature in yEd.
