Exported SVG font-family is weird

Question

(Sorry my poor english.)

I changed Label font. and exported it to SVG.

And then, import it for LibreOffice Impress.
but, Its text is crashed, box.

What's happened?

I open SVG with Text Editor. and try correct font.

After correct font-family, well imported.

Is it BUG?

Also exists with multi word font names (URW Gothic L, etc). yED doubles quotes: "'URW Gothic L'".
