Is this tool suitable for profile diagram ?

I am looking for a tool which supports profile diagrams and even convert the profile diagram based UML model to xml format .

So does this tool provides support?

Yes, it is possible to create profile diagrams with yEd. It is, of course, possible to save a diagram created in yEd as a GraphML file (which is a XML format). Moreover, yEd also offers a generic XML import. (To use the generic import, you may have to create a custom XSLT file, though.)

yEd does not, however, provide dedicated support for UML specific XML formats.
